What locations do we ship to?

Lucky for you we ship world wide, one downside is that we do not pay for your shipping cost it is instead a payment needed to be processed by the customer (you). We normally ship to every country worldwide but transit time may vary from location to location.

How long does it take to arrive once shipped?

Once we recieve your order we package and ship as soon as possible through our shipping with a duration of around 12-18 days max being our typical delivery time frame. But depending on your location you may recieve your package earlier as we are located in Catalalonia Spain. Please if you dont recieve the package in the given timeframe message us through the email worthymail101@gmail.com. Keep note that natural things may cause your package to delay such as natural disasters, distance, customs, and such. Keep in mind as well that your package will include a number which you can track on your device. Just punch in the given number and you will be able to track your package.

Will I get a tracking number for my package?

Yes! You will. As soon as we get your order ready and ship it off we will send you a code through the email you put into our site and send you the code to track your package number. 

What happens if my order is lost in the mail?

Every package is sent through organized shipping and insured supply of good shipping. The chance of your product getting lost in mail with Worthy is very rare as we are efficient and organized in our work. Although if the shipping companys lose your product it comes down to their responsiblity. At the end of the day Worthy has some of the best customer service as we have a contact form so that you can speak to us personally.
